I'm very pleased to announce that Forbidden Island will be hosting the first ever release party for one of NOTCHs mugs, and what a doozy it is:
Meet Roberto Loco!
You may remember the prototype from this thread: http://www.tikiroom.com/tikicentral/bb/viewtopic.php?topic=22800&forum=18
It's NOTCHs inspired take on Tiki Bob, and the finished product is quite stunning. I'm sure he'll post a picture to this thread. The Roberto Loco will be offered in two editions:
1. "Roberto Loco de La Isla Prohibida": a VERY limited edition glaze with additional detail and custom graphics unique to FI and only available here.
2. Roberto Loco: the regular limited edition in a glossy glaze. This one will be subject to availability provided he is able to fire enough of them in time. But he might finish them all and sell them all at FI, so you'd better head on over!
(you can see a sneak preview of the first artist proof behind the bar at FI)
The mug goes on sale at 2pm, and usual FI sidewalk rules apply.
