I have a bottle of Don Lorenzo Coconut Rum left over from when I was in the Bahamas. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of some tiki style drinks to make with it. I don't want some awful Malibu like concoction like is so popular nowadays.

I was in a bar not long ago and felt like having a Blue Hawaiian. But they didn't have coconut milk. So the bartender (Brooke) concocted this alternative and we named it after her: The Blue Brooke
*1 oz Light rum
*1 oz Coconut flavored rum
*1 oz Blue Curacao
*2 oz Pineapple juice
Must have thought they were good because I had three of them.
