How can you tell Halloween is coming here in HAwaii?
The Mountain Dew the the Oreos (my favorite late night art fuel) have truned Pumpkin Orange! YUM!
Big Mahalo for putting this thing together... can't wait to the 28th!

Big Mahalo for participating! All the masks are great and a really good mix of different styles (Tiki Central is well represented with you, Ken Ruzic, Chongo, TikiRacer, Atomic Tony, David Lozeau and more). Right now Ken's is the last mask I posted but that'll change when I post a new one later this evening ... and you gotta see the one Heather Watts did - wow!
See all the masks to date here:

eleven days till my skull is up!
Hey, this seems like cool place to post cool Halloween stuff.
Here's my October Read this year. Part way through. Great so far....
Small midwestern town where the teen aged boys have to go out and face a knife welding jack-o-lantern headed scarecrow in some weird Halloween night ritual.

Only nine more days till my "skull" is up!
You wanna hear a scary story for Halloween?
Check out the "Internet radio" station at http://www.live365.com/stations/radiobones , look for "old time Horror" radio. They are playing their "Halloween Program" which is made up a old radio shows all about, or with, Halloween in them. Actually that may cost like $5 or something to sign up for.
So for free you can check out podcasts of horror stories at...
http://feeds.feedburner.com/horror
http://www.welltoldtales.com/
http://relicradio.com/shows/taxonomy/term/3
http://pseudopod.org/
http://www.variantfrequencies.com/category/podcasts/ (which is more Sci Fi and cyberpunk/horror)
or
http://www.mysteriousuniverse.org/ (for news of the weird)
