Greetings All.

In the spirit of open-source mixology, NW Tiki is releasing these drinks into the wild. We published them in our Program which was available at the Kon, so they'd be showing up sooner or later. Here they are in all their glory:

½ oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
½ oz pure maple syrup
½ oz tawny port
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice

½ oz coffee syrup
½ oz Licor 43
½ oz passion fruit syrup
¾ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Appleton V/X
1 oz Coruba

Hot Damn! I'll report back by noon PDT with my assessment of these drinks. I'll have to do some quick shopping.

The Dead Reckoning will win your taste buds. There's just no competing with Mr. Cate. We're lucky to have his beacon to follow.

I thought the Dark Magic was fantastic. Now I just need to get my hands on some Licor 43 here in liquor challenged Oregon...

The NW 23rd liquor store has it, as does the Gresham store on Burnside on the way to Mt. Hood.

Not sure where you are, but I'll be sure to help you track it down.

Wonderful! Can't wait to try all of these. But by my quick calculations, Martin's recipe calls for three (count 'em) ingredients I don't have and that'll run me about $90 or so. May have to do it in the installment plan: 1 bottle a month.

I've never seen a store in North Portland without Licor 43 except for the little rinky-dink on Interstate. It's even on the OLCC Price List

I'll keep looking then. Maybe it's just Hillsboro that doesn't have it.
