Hey Jeff! I got to see them play on Monday, here in Portland, with The Splashdowns and The Verbtones...The show was outstanding. Don't miss them while they are in CA.

The Verb.......These youngsters kicked some serious ass! What they lacked in polish they certainly made up for in enthusiasm and sheer energy. Outer Wave was awesome as well but with a few thousand more miles of refinement and teamwork under their collective belts. Both equally as enjoyable. And speakin' of belts....I had me a few, served up by Dave himself. Awesome drinks Dave!!!!

Squid, yeah I was hurting a tad in the morning myself,
glad you came out with the Kirbster and Polly, and had a great time.
Also Gret to see Laura(tikicutie)there.
so the Verb added a show at the Doll Hut in Anaheim on Thurs, the 13th
and changed the
San Deigo show to the Tiki House on Wed the 12th.
tonight Mon the 10th is Spikes in Rosemede,
Fri. 14th, Juke Joint in Anaheim
hope to see some more tiki peeps there.

I took the band to Bahooka last night before their gig at Spikes in Rosemead.
we saw GROG and Dilbroc there, and tried to intice them into coming over a few miles away. but no dice,
good thing, as they didn't end up playing till about 11:30 pm.
But they ripped it up, and the Rockabilly crowd at spikes dug them and some bought some merch .
