any Freaks and Geeks fans here? It was utterly creepy how well they nailed the 1980-ish suburban high school experience. I graduated HS in '81, so I'm the prime demo for those years, and they got it sooo right. I'm not sure it's a show I would buy on DVD, though. I'll buy the Simpsons DVDs, at least til the 8th season or so, before it jumped the shark. And another show I absolutely loved was Action!
