On his site, recipes are given for - Tiki Turkey Meatloaf - Cranberry Mango Salsa - Hawaiian Bread Stuffing - Banana Yams Kailua - Coconut Curry Green Bean Casserole - Volcano Mashed Potatos - Lava Gravy - and for dessert, Flaming Coconut Pineapple Apple Pumpkin Upside Down Pie Cake Coverage of Charles's Tiki Turkey Dinner Party owill be presented on NPR’s Day to Day program on Thanksgiving Day, at 10am.
