Peep's and peepet's this dring is also called the Opium Drip or Scooby Snack. But for X-mas partys we change the name,but the games the same.
1 1/2 OZ of Midori
1 1/2 OZ of Bacardi CoCo (of another flavored rum for you bacardi haters)
splash of pinapple
splash of cream (or whipped cream for more fluff)
Garnish with pineapple.....
It's all in the name....The snowball sounds better then Opium Drip when you tell grandma what she was drinking that made her fall asleep in the hallway closet.(you go Grandma!!!!!!!!!)
Marty loves this stuff!!!!!!!!This is a picture of her after a night of Bacardi!!

This should have green creme de menthe instead of the midori, and throw in a little coconut snow. It's all about presentation anyway.

I gotta try it your way someday,but the party I just worked,LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!
Plus I thought it would be nice to end my three drink special with something you all ready have.

That's Teauila from Daytona's Hawaiian Inn.
It's not available in my area but I've seen it a few places in California.
Cruzan has a great coconut rum.

Wildsville Man.... please tell me that TV in the background is for effect and isn't actually in use at your bar. I think the worst thing to happen to drinking and bars is the TV.
Unless, of course, you are at a Sportsbar. Then you can't have enough TV's...

Because there is a fine line between bad and gross.....
The thought of Pineapple Juice and Creme de Menth together in a cocktail with whipped cream makes my teeth hurt. I guess the cream component also scares me.... Well, really, the entire recipe scares me but I don't like sweet drinks. Rework this to something short and tart and I'll give it a try.
OK, so gross is a subjective term, but mt tounge still trys to run down my gullet to hide at the thought of the sweetness of this recipe.
Ironically, Fresh Pineapple drizzled with Creme de Menth is a tasty treat for dessert.

This is more of an after dinner drink!! skip the desert and go right to the cocktail hour. I don't like sweet myself,but for desert this hits the spot. The cream makes it a little more frothy and light. But once again I like it with melon liquor instead of cream de mint.
Orange county they call in scooby-snack (shot)
Palm Springs they call in an opium-drip (martini)
p.s. The TV drives me crazy at work too but most of the time we have in play a fish tank video that ad's to the layed back vibe!!
Now I gotta get some ZZZZZZZZZ's because I am beat like a bongo.DIG?
