Monday I embark on a fairly significant bar building project. My first in fact. You can see from the "before", picture here that I have sort of Tikified a typical outdoor furniture bar. This has served me pretty well for years but The Shack deserves better. No bamboo on this bar. Certainly a problem.. No beer on tap. Bigger problem. In the coming 3 weeks I will depict the progress and transformation.

Nice progress Fink - looking forward to testing your Rotting Zombie here in the near future.
Who says outdoor tiki bars are seasonal here in Colorado?

A couple of night time shots. The second you build a bar, rock stars start showing up..
Friends Gayle and Dan. And the Hostess..
Day time shots pre bamboo. More to come!!

Looks great - I see you took the draft tower off the kegerator and installed it on the bar top. Did you insulate the supply line or rig a way for cold air to blow into the tower to keep the beer from foaming?

I use a cold pack in the beer tower and otherwise the lines do not extend very far from the top of the kegerator.
