Found out from the local purveyor of distilled delights that there is a new Absinthe maker here in Tampa.
A full investigation is in order.

I will be interested in what you find out. Have you ever found a place locally that has falernum? I have been making my own, but am curious to see what velvet falernum is like when compared.

That certainly does, indeed, warrant further investigation, and also a possible class field trip to the factory, which ends in a tasting session. Do they provide helmets for that?
