you a lot about a party here at our new house that we won't be moving
into for about 9 months, I can't wait that long, besides I want to share
my backyard at this house before we move with all of you (guys too), so
how can WE talk her into having a party or two this summer? I need your
help. She thinks our place is too small. We had a party here 2 summers
ago with 40 people and it turned out well. Think of something. Maybe
you girls could post a thread here and say that you think my backyard is
the greatest and you'd like to see it. Then I could innocently say "Hey
honey, look what the folks on TC are saying about our backyard" (You
can see an image of part of it on my website). Early August would be
good. Help me. I feel like I'm stuck in the mud"
---OK JUNGLE TRADER, I say why don't we have a party in your back yard in August!!!

Okay, you got it, but I still need to convince the wifey, she's nodding her head no as we speak. This will be the last party here so let's blow it out. I'll throw a party without her if I have to.

Why don't you celebrate "INTERNATIONAL TIKI DAY", which is the second Saturday in August in you new pad?
What better reason for a tiki party could there be?

Well, good point. I couldn't compete with International Tiki Day. I'll be there. If I can't throw a party, I'll go where the party is.

Okay here's the latest on the party at Jungle Trader's Tiki Jungle. Got the wifey to say, "It's not that I don't want a party, it's just that I need time to prepare." My response, "I'll help prepare." heh, damn right I will. Gauging her response we could be shindiggin' it out here in April or May. We'll see how things go. I'll try to nail her down to a specific date then let all of you know.

The wifey finally gave me a date for a party here. The 5th of July, that's tentative. I know a lot of people will be doing other things but that's okay. It would be a 6:00 start time for shindiggin' it. Till wheneva'. I'm planning it now so think about it peeps and let me know if you're coming. Late, JT
