Anyone have any leads on where I might find some Demerara rum in the NYC/NJ/CT area?
I've been looking around, but I keep coming up empty.

Mid Valley Wine & Liquor in Newburgh, NY, carries El Dorado 12 and 15 usually.

El Dorado is widely available at most decent liquor stores. Try Carnegie Spirits Ltd on 7th Ave in NYC. They had the entire line about a month ago when I dropped in.

Have you tried Warehouse Liquors on Broadway and Astor in Manhattan? I'm not sure they have what you're looking for, but the place is huge. Give them a call. Try Astor Wines and Spirits on Lafayette St. too. They carry some crazy stuff there as well. When I was looking for Falernum and St. James Rum, they had it when nobody else did.
