Hey All,
Just wanted to pass on some info.
First, the bus ride will be $20/per person. Payable to Polynesian Pop as you board the bus (excluding our Guest of Honor - Sven and his gal).
Second, the bus is tecnically full. So those on the list (page 3 of this thread) will board first, any no-shows and we can let others on. Right now, Crazy Al has asked for 3 more.
Third, Bamboo Ben's shop is 712 Yorktown right off Beach Blvd.
Forth, the bus leaves at 6:30
Any other questions, just ask on a post.

I WISH we had times, but with 50 drunken (except Baxdog) tikifreaks, who the hell knows when we'll be anywhere!
But the stops are RH, Billy's, Sams.

I spoke with Al today regarding an itinerary and we roughly came up with the following:
4:30-6:30 TC Pre-Crawl Party at Bamboo Ben's
6:30-7:30 Board bus and travel to Royal Hawaiian
7:30-8:30 Royal Hawaiian
8:30-9:00 Board bus and travel to Billy's by the Beach
9:00-10:00 Billy's by the Beach
10:00-10:30 Board bus and travel to Sam's Seafood
10:30-11:30 Sam's Seafood
11:30-12:00 Board bus and return to Bamboo Ben's
I'll volunteer to keep us on track with the boarding/departing times as best as I can. I think its important to try and stick to this itinerary as closely as possible to maximize our visits and to keep us from running too far over on the bus rental.

I figured that would be the exact reason you would want a schedule. A lot can happen with a mob that size, but, whatever, maybe we'll see you guys, maybe well miss you guys. I see how it is....Bong

....actually, I just wanted to write that after seeing you do it, so never mind. Do you guys think that we should call Sam's in advance to let them know we're coming? That way, we'll make sure that they don't close early for some reason. I think they will stay open later for us if we tell them what's up.

No, Mrs. B it's not him it's one of the owners of the Continental Room in Fullerton ( a great very crowded bar with amazing decor and lamps) We ended up there on St Patty's when he said he was building this tiki patio/lounge thing. Nice guy, mentioned a few TC members-it's a small world! Sorry-no Korn dogs Sat!

Not so fast Sten...
From what I understand, we have the bus FROM 6:30 correct? As such, we cannot board UNTIL 6:30. Even if we DO have the opportunity to board earlier, so that we CAN leave at 6:30, I doubt we WILL leave right at 6:30.
As the keeper of the time schedule, I respectfully decline your proposed itinerary for the following reason:
Your itinerary only allows 15 minutes of boarding & travel time between locations. Do you really think that will be the case? With 50 people, that is HIGHLY unlikely. Realistically, it will take at least 15 minutes just to board the bus with that many people (drunk at that).
As such, we should stick to the original itinerary as follows:

6:30-7:30 Board bus and travel to Royal Hawaiian
7:30-8:30 Royal Hawaiian
8:30-9:00 Board bus and travel to Billy's by the Beach
