Okay, bored at home on Friday night:
Twas the Night Before the Crawl
Twas the night before the Crawl,
When all through the southland
Not a centralite was drinking, ‘cept Bong & the band:
The Smokin’ Menehunes practiced with fury,
They needed to learn to play, in a hurry!
Baxdog passed out, in a comfy rattan chair,
With nightmares of Bong running his fingers thru his hair!
Bamboo Ben & the Mrs worked to tidy the shop up
But then thought “its just the OC gang, so why give a f**k?”
So they stopped what they were doing, put down their brooms
And went to Li’s, for Chinese food.
Al & Shelley showed up last weekend at Bamboo Ben,
They knocked forever; Al, check that calendar again!
Poly Pop planned his moment to shine,
Sorting names, for the Tiki bus line:
“On Arty, on Tina! On Shelley and Ben!
On Sabu, on Trustar, on Mr, Holden!
When you hear your name, when you hear my call,
Pay your fee, get on the bus, get on the bus all!”
As the bus left the curb, there rose such a ruckus!
It was Sven and his wahine, chasing the bus!
After letting them chase us for more than two blocks,
We stopped to let them on, before they threw rocks.
The bus was now full, off to Royal Hawaiian
Everyone is happy, ‘cause Bong is buyin’!
As we rolled off, we let out this call:
“MAI TAIS FOR ALL, AND FOR ALL A GREAT CRAWL!”

Blast at the crawl. I'm sorry about the service at Biily's, I think I saw it coming. Dr. Z and I got ours, if you know what I mean. I think Sam's made up for it. Futura girl and CB, we missed you.
