Slacktone returns to San Francisco for the Hotel Utah's 100th Birthday Bash! Supporting them will be Pollo Del Mar and The Pyronauts. Come one and come all and bring your sweetie for a show of a lifetime! Come see the insane guitar work of master jaguar slinger Dave Wronski, the big booming bass of Sam Bolle, and the relentless pounding of Dusty Watson on the drums! Slacktone's members have played with King of the Surf Guitar Dick Dale, John & The Nightriders, The Surfaris, The Duo-Tones, Agent Orange, Frankie and the Pool Boys, and The Pyronauts to name a few! Yep, it's definitely a flyer. But, if it didn't have the type on it, it would be a photo. But, the addition of the type announcing something happening and a date, definitely makes it a flyer.

I would have to respectfully disagree with Grog and LLT. Yes, it has both a photo and lettering. But as it is not PRINTED in any manner, it is definitely NOT a flyer.
But it DEFINITELY IS a digitally manipulated electronic media file.

I'm sure there are some Printed flyers of this image in Nor. Cal. to pass around.
but being that I am not going to be there till tomorrow afternoon, I can't
say for sure.
If there is I will bring some back for you all.
where is the rule that you can't use a Photo of a object for an flyer image?
