Well I just came across this hobby and I love it, look forward to getting better.
Heres my first carving, its got some flaws but I'll keep practicing.
And heres all my precious palms in the backyard =)

Those are the best kind of palms to have, already to carve. Excellent first tiki, we will be waiting for more soon!

Welcome to the Florida ohana. That's a great start and with all those logs you'll be an expert in no time. Only advice would be to stack those logs off the ground - bugs and moisture will destroy those palms, especially in the summer. I look forward to seeing more.

Nice first carve. Take AlohaStation's advice on those logs, you'll be glad you did. Now get busy on #2 !

I like that first tiki a lot! A great way to start your new passion, with a friendly tiki grin. I can't wait to see what the rest of your tiki-family-to-be will be like.
