See the map below. I've marked the $7 lot. I usually enter by turning on 8th Pl. off of Figueroa, (8th is the small street just behind (north of) the Pantry). Once parked you can walk one block down Francisco St. (itself just a glorified alley), and you're at Vic's. Don't worry about walking down Francisco St at night - there are guards for the hotels keeping watch stationed there and usually a few folks heading to the Staples Center at the same time to keep you company.
I'll probably try to get there at 7:30pm myself and order some food in the bar area. Look forward to seeing folks there.

This map might bring more people to Vic's downtown than all that other babble. 
Me I cannot tonite, going to the Mai Kai early tomorrow morning.

How about tomorrow night? Since that's the actual night we're going.
Oops. Never mind. You said Mai Kai. That means you'll be in Florida Thursday.

It looks like a small group will be gathering at Trader Vic's for lunch and cocktails tomorrow (Thursday, 4/28), before heading on to Tiki Ti. I'm planning on being there around 2pm. BigTikiDude mentioned he was aiming for 1pm.
It would be great to see some more folks if you can swing it.

I heard that Happy Hour started at 3,
but we want to leave TV's around 3 and go get in line for Tiki Ti.
so That's why we are shooting for so early.
Ran(kick the reverb) is coming up from Oceanside also.
