Description:
Not too sure about this place. The only thing Tahitian may have been its name, but still cool lettering and building.
Looks like building is still there, but heavily expanded / remodeled.

That is either a 30s Motel that updated itself in the 50s by re-naming itself in accordance to the Polynesian trend, or it IS from the 50s Polypop period, but its modernism is old-fashioned, much like some of the "modern" architecture built in Havana in the 50s is stylistically closer to the 30s and 40s.
