Sad news for all of us Rumpus Roomates. Kirby's Dog "Peanut" passed away this morning.
Peanut was a sweetie and would jump up on the couch next to you while you were enjoying a cocktail at the Rumpus Room.
Kirby, please post a pic of Peanut...I loved this dog.
Peanut, The Rumpus Room will miss you.

OH NO! Not Peanut!
Those eyes and that look just drew you in and you were hooked.
Just this week she was using them on me.
Little did I know she was setting me up to score my chair the minute I got up.

Peanut was a sweetheart and a beautiful dog! My heart goes out to Kirby and Polly. I'm going to dedicate my Rumpus Room podcast to Peanut!!

Kirby, Polly,
I am so sorry. I have 2 dogs and lost a third a few months ago as well. It's very hard as they love unconditionally. You gave her a great life and she loved you for it. Treasure all the memories.

Very sorry about Peanut. I do know very well know how hard it is to lose a pet who's become one of the family. I wish you healing in time (and hope you'll consider, when you're ready, maybe "rescuing" another "friend" from the pound (and save a life). All my dogs for the past two decades have been pound dogs, and they really seem to be grateful for the second chance.)

I'm not really a Pet person.
but Peanut was one of those dogs that would come up and lick your hand and let you know you had nothing to worry about,
then jump up on my lap to say a even friendlier hello.
