I stumbled upon a 1966 article about this place, but could not find a whole lot, including the specific address.
It was opened in 1963 with a cost of over $100,000 and consisted of a motel, 150 person restaurant, lounge, 250 person banquet room, indoor swimming pool, billiards room, and indoor 9 hole mini golf. The restaurant was described as having a Polynesian setting with Chinese food. Found 2 photos. You can make out the bamboo frame work behind this guy:
