The Chi Chi is another vodka drink. It is essentially and Pina Colada made with Vodka instead of Rum. A little cream or milk is usually added as well.

Or, for a more exotic flavor, try a Macadamia Nut Chi-Chi. It's basically a Chi-Chi with a bit of TV's Macadamia Nut Liqueur added. And I recommend one of the two Chi-Chis, I think it is a better drink than the Pina Colada.

If they make flavored vodkas here is one of my favorites.
1 part Vanilla vodka
1-2 parts Pineapple juice
1-2 drops grenadine syrup
Shake the first two with ice and strain into shot sized tiki mugs and add a the grenadine and allow it to sink with out stirring it.

The TONGA ROOM (FAIRMONT HOTEL) CHI CHI (as served in 1975)

1 1/4 ounces vodka
1 ounce half and half
Shaved ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Strain into a tall glass. Top with a fresh orchid. Serve with a straw.
