Ok, so it ain't so much tiki as it is retro lounge, but it's a gas!! Some of you have experienced Nutty and succumbed to the power. It's up to the rest of you tiki pallies to see what the hubbub is all about. This Wednesday, 10/21, at the Sandbox Sports Grill, 8052 Adams Ave (At Beach Blvd) in Huntington Beach, 92646. Come on down and snap your fingers to some swingin' swank. It's Jetsetter Jazz, and it's comin' from Nutty. I hope to see some of you there. It's gonna be fun.
There's no more jazz at the Sandbox after this month, so get it while it's hot.

Hendrix collides with Mancini.
Don't Fear The Reaper: More cowbell? Nah, more horns!
The Who on a Latin Miles Davis kick.
Thelonious Monk was the fifth Monkee!
Alice Cooper gets Flintstoned!
Jethro Tull goes on an Impossible Mission.
...The Police and Dizzy Gillespie, here on Gilligan's Isle!
And, like that!

Sonny,
I know you'll see this later (as your currently half way through the second set) so I gotta say this gig is slammin'! I think BigTikiDude, Squid and Crazy Al would agree.
Thanks man. See you at the Hipp Kitty.

The Boys were so ON last night.
sorry I only stayed for 1 set.
I had been there since 6 pm.
so at 10 pm ish, I was pretty tired.
too bad you had to wait for the game to end, to play.
but that did seem to help bring in some people.
you guys rule,
please keep posting your gigs.
thanks

Last night was a gas! We always seem to contend with obstacles of some sort or another, but once that first beat kicks in, it doesn't matter.
I wanna thank Dawn and Terry, Squid and Kiki, Jeff BTD, Crazy Al and his gal pal and anyone else from TC who made it out last night. It was a swell crowd!
On to the next club. It might be Steamers in Fullerton. Stay tuned...

Sonny! You fellas are super swanky! We dig you the most! What a great night in the HB.
Sorry to hear that there will be no more gigs at the Sandbox, but we will follow you anywhere. Just keep us apprised of the next hot spots to hear some Nutty! jazz.
See you soonest!
