Greetings fellow TCers:
On behalf of Kate, as well as her family, loved ones, and friends, I would like to take this time thank all of you here on TC for sending your flowers, blessings, love, gifts, and well wishes to her during her current health struggles. It has also meant a great deal to her family to see that Kate has so many good friends here in the tiki community that love and care for her so much. For all our help and support, they thank you all very much and are especially grateful to those close friends of hers from the tiki community who have selflessly been assisting Kate through all of this, since the beginning of it all.
Last week, Kate started receiving occasional in home nurse visits through hospice care, and yesterday, she moved in with her family so that all her current health needs can be better attended to. This is a very difficult time for Kate and her family, and they could not do it without the help and visits they have received from her friends over the last several days. Kate has been, and will continue to be, in the company of some of her very good friends through all of this.
For the time being, from the rest of us, Kate needs all our love and prayers. Now more than ever.
And thank you all for contributing to this thread. It is appreciated by her more than it can be stated in mere words by me.
We all love you Kate.
