As of right now, TC is at 499,461 posts! Just a little over 500 more and we'll be at a half a million. I am in awe....

I just did some calculations using a Sharpie and the back of a Publisher's Clearing House envelope, a Kagi chart I hooked up to a couple 9 volt batteries, a solar powered calculator which the number 7 doesn't show up on, and some biased spin which I won't include in my findings.
I have concluded that of the half million posts on Tiki Central approximately...
318,116 are a complete wastes of the reader's/poster's time.*
21,186 are mostly a waste of the the reader's/poster's time.
4,218 were not read by anyone including the people who posted them.
And just a little over 1% of the remainder are of any actual long time worth.
Sorry folks, but the numbers don't lie.
*My post here falls into this category.

Hey, will there be a commemorative TC half-a-million-posts tiki mug available? Limited to only half a million pieces?
I believe it will be designed by someone we've never heard of, be MADE IN CHINA of cast resin, limited to an edition of 500,000, and sold only at Disneyland for $79.95. So make plans to line up early and go home disappointed.
