Our Mexico City Local Expert says:
The coconut flavored flan is highly recommended.
Description:
* Fresh fish and seafood prepared in a classic way is what you will find in this restaurant, located in Calle de Insurgentes. The decor is detailed and themed; the fishing nets hanging from the walls, the bamboo lobster traps, and countless other features all add to the general atmosphere, reminding diners of the sea and of fishing life. The restaurant recommends that you try Pámpano Bali Hai and fish cooked Vera Cruz-style, although one look at the menu will show that there are many other tasty possibilities. There is music in the afternoon from Tuesday to Sunday, provided by a traditional trio.

I know there was tiki inside, I just need to find some physical evidence, just give me some time...
Meanwhile, some crazy "anecdote" I found on the internet:
In 1993, there was a narc related gun shooting inside because the then most powerful capo Amado Carrillo Fuentes “El Señor de los Cielos” was eating with his family inside.
