Our family has taken on the challenge of driving from Dallas, TX to Cary, NC and back...and making several stops along the way.
I'll be in Nashville 7/28 & 7/29, (Wed. & Thurs) and while there I'd like to drive down to Smyrna to check out Omni Hut. Any locals up for meeting for a drink?
Is Omni Hut still BYOB?

I'm going to Nashville as well this week and hoping to visit "The Omni Hut". I'll try and make it Thursday night as well, Cheers!

HUGE Mahalos to Mr. & Mrs. Gooneybird AND to Chrisandsarahb for coming by. What a great time with great friends.
Omni Hut has a lot of character and warmth. Even though it's BYOB, the escapism is definitely there, and to me that's what counts the most. Just what I needed right near the end of my two week road trip.
If you're in the area stop by and wish them a happy 50th birthday.
