My 6th Tiki Oasis was amazing. Had an awesome time with the other hosts of the Zen Tiki Lounge and all the folks that stopped by our room crawl were a blast to party with. Here are a few of my fav pics from the weekend. Including the cast of Tikimentary (those available at Tiki Oasis: Mimi le Meaux, Duda Leite, Harold Golen, Sunshine Tiki, Marina the Mermaid and King Kukulele), A nice shot of Sunshine Tiki, Starshine and Kalani just before our room party and Sunshine and King Kukulele at Bali Hai kick off.

Hi
One of my favorite weekends of the year is once again over and I'm recovering not only from the obvious over indulgence of booze and under indulgence of sleep but from another kind of hangover...after having so many friends and acquaintances around for four days, I spent the day working alone at my office with hardly a phone conversation and felt completely isolated and dare I say it... depressed! Several times today I flipped through friends and my own Tiki Oasis photos on Facebook. And speaking of which - here's a couple of fun ones - if you want to see many more (I took quite a few this year) I'm putting links to all four of my Facebook albums at the bottom of this post. The albums are set so not only friends but friends of friends can see them, I'm sure all of you here fit in one or the other category.
I love how Tiki Oasis has become the ultimate intersection of underground pop and subcultures. Seeing people from so many different music, nightclub and art scenes here in Los Angeles and from around the world at the same place is satisfying on so many levels!
Again, thank you so much Otto and Doe, everyone involved and everyone who attended for such a memorable time!

GROG still figuring out how to work GROG' digital camera. GROG camera set to too high resolution, so GROG use up all GROG memory too quickly and only get few photos. Thankfully they are all of pretty women, so GROG happy.
