See, this is the power of some good brainstorming! At least half a dozen new threads here would bring a new texture and aroma to TC. As for this one...

That one kind of answers itself. Can anyone name something that DOESN'T look good on a 70s porn set?!?? At least assuming that we mean good as in "70s good", which pretty much means bad. But anyway the entire decade pretty much was a porn set.

New threads? We don't need any stinking new threads! Just jump in on any thread and post what you want whether it's related to the subject or not!
For example, let's say TikiWeaverManiac wants to know if anyone else has had luck with weaving their own wall coverings so he/she/it starts this thread:
Can I Weave My Own Grass Cloth?
There are many ways to make that thread your own but a couple are particularly effective.
If you don't understand the point of the thread just jump right in with anything you want to post that might be loosely related to the thread title.
I know I have trouble growing grass in the areas under my palm trees!
If you don't have anything to add that pertains to the original intent of the thread just focus on one part of a post someone else made.

One of the amazing testimonials to the growth of the tiki community on TC is the sheer number of events and things to do. At any given time, if you have nothing to do, you can search TC and find a wealth of activities for the here and now. F'rinstance, right now there are 286 unique topic threads on TC about TONIGHT!! But there's always room for more, so here are some suggestions for new thread titles...
Event tonight
Event today, and not in the morning or afternoon
Event time = night, date = this
Event exactly a few hours from this time now
Not any other night, only this one right here. Relax, you're soaking in it!
The event that would have been tomorrow, if I posted yesterday
If you're looking at this today, then I'm talking about the event tonight, but if you're not looking today, then it's not tonight anymore. See you then!
