Yep, it is. His early 2000s work, unfortunately, he don't do that kind of style anymore. Those were the glorious days of the best Tiki Mod revival art website ever: Koochie-koom.com (which is gone now)
If you image-google his name, some of the later works of that phase come up. The Tiki Ti still has some for sale.

That's a bummer - hope we can figure out how to get in touch with him. I have a couple more prints I would love to have him use his unique artistic talents for.

I'm hoping someone out there can help me track down Link (David) - He has a few posters that I sent a bit a go to be framed. When we last spoke he told me he'd be good to go in October. Not calling him out, more just wondering whats up. I spoke to him about his situation in the past few months back earlier this summer.
