Quick answer: no. You've got the Polynesian and Enchanted Tiki Room at Disney, but not much else. I've got a list of what little is tiki-ish in Brevard county at:

There's some tiki-ish stuff down around Sarasota and Naples, and of course southeast Florida still has some cool stuff, including the Mai Kai.
Let me know if you find anything during your travels.

Last winter I visited WaiTiki while in Orlando. It wasn't the best Tiki Bar I've ever been to but it was fun. I was there on a week night so it wasn't very busy, but the food and drinks were all right. I'd go back. http://www.wallstplaza.net/waitiki/

They do a good job with the decor, but the drinks are pretty unimpressive. The last two times we were there, on weekends, it was full of frat boys and tourists sucking down Bud lights and trying to be heard over the club music or southern rock. Great view for people watching, but not much else to recommend it.

There is now a Trader's Vic's Island Bar and Grill in Sarasota. Very nice, more casual, but with a good Vic feel.
