Very rare to find here, one set of Trader Vics' at a garage sale about 5 years ago, the other set at
an op-shop about 8 months ago. The Kiwi set a gift from a friends visit to N.Z.

Picked these up at an antique market on the weekend. The only thing that makes them a pair is one has two holes on top the other has three. As you can see there is a noticable size and colour difference between the two. This makes 5 pairs of S+P shakers i have now.

Felt like these deserved their own post.
Wooden lampposts with street signs that say "Pepper" on one and "Salt" on the other. They're marked on one side "Aloha Hawaii, 50th State", "Diamond Head" on the next, "Hula Girls" on another, and "Hawaiian Boy" on the last.

Trader Vic's.
These are quite rare and are actually marked Trader Vic's. Not sure if these were earlier ones, possibly from a specific location, or really any history behind them. Anybody? They are just really different from the usual ones you see.

Yes I can. I have been looking for those for years. They were from the Waikiki Trader Vic's at the International Market Place. Been told that they are part of that 'Crude Honolulu' style that fit with the locally produced mugs for that location. About 1967-69...

Finally found these plastic PMP condiment guys...S&P at the end:
Bug Eyed Hawaii Kai
Don the Beachcomber
And whomever won these off EBay I have to say its pretty cool to see them on their base. I had no idea that's how they were originally sold:

Those are cool. I had no idea they had a base. Love the Skipper Kents, too.

I did, but I'm not sure the base is original. The ceramic is a little different and the shakers don't fit that cleanly into their spaces. Also, the design is slightly confusing, with what looks like chili peppers in the middle.
