I'm on Borneo right now and tried this drink from a local Thai bar called the Mai Yai. It's a good place so if you're ever in Kota Kinabalu I recommend it. Here's a drink I got from their bartender called the Kinabalu Cooler. Nothing fancy but it was a pleasant drink.
2 jiggers Bacardi (light rum)
1 jigger triple sec
2 jiggers fresh OJ (the drink had little specks of orange in it)
2 jigers lime juice
1 jigger blue curacao
Garnish with orange wedge
He shook all ingredients together except the Curacao which is floated on top.
