I can understand people moving on these days because there are now so many other websites which are crammed full of information on Tiki history, news about Tiki joints, DIY info for making Tiki stuff, collecting Tiki junk information, and Tiki artists showing their work.

I don't understand the need to say goodbye on a site like this? If you wanna take a break then take a break and when you come back people will be glad you're back but when you announce that your done and come back don't expect a parade.

While we're on the subject, when can we expect a parade? We've been hearing talk about a parade for years but other than a few drawings of some proposed floats and the occasional drill team practice there still has been no damned parade!
