I've just moved to France from California. Aside from the rum festival in Berlin in October, I haven't found any other tiki-related or cocktail-related events in Europe. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Welcome ! (I lived near Chambéry for a few months, I loved it).
May I suggest you follow our "Tiki Tribe France" on Facebook, or here. We sometimes make tiki events (next one in Paris, early sept). Go to Tikieurope.com as well for adresses of tiki bars and events (not so much unfortunatly).
