I have someone who wants a Root Ball tiki and they want it sooner than later. I have found some dead palms
that I think are dry enough to carve and not dead long enough as to have the roots decaying off.
Got any advice on digging up a Root Ball?
Mahalo,
Keylo

Exploit people with shovels using beer.
I tried a root ball once. It must have weighed 800 lbs, so I let it cure for a year or so.
No dice. It rotted and I had a weekend full of stump removal one chunk at a time.
Good luck. Maybe contact a tree removal service and see what they could do it for.

OK, so now I have used the shovel to recruit a friend and drank all his beer, so what was your question?
Thanks AS & McTiki, will get a few extra hands and start diggin, hopefully no one will get buried alive.
