Hey guys i'm doing some research on Kane, and I know a lot of tradition Hawaiian mythology gets watered down and changed by mainstream tourism. I was wondering if anyone could help me located some traditional pictures of Kane! It could be traditional pictures of actual tikis from the past, or a rendition of Kane made by a craftsman of today as long as it is a true depiction of Kane.

I would really appreciate it.

Good Morning!

I just did a version of Kane that more than likely trends to the tourist version ... it was hard to find a picture so I based my carving off of this picture:

It's tiny but gave me the general idea of this certain person's perspective .. with that and a search on TC, I gave it a whirl!

Good Luck!
