What are considered the 5 most common Tiki Drinks? (or) Which 5 do you think are most associated with Tiki?

That's not why I'm asking....and sadly I think Food Tv wouldn't come to this site to get some expert advice on the subject. Just trying to cover some of the Basics. (especially as I've begun straying away from the basics.)

The most common tiki drinks are not necessarily the best examples of the era. It's debatable whether drinks that became popular before the Polynesian Pop craze, such as the daquiri, Singapore Sling, & Planter's Punch, are tiki drinks. I would say that anything invented by Don the Beachcomber or Trader Vic are tiki drinks even though they didn't serve drinks in tiki mugs for years after they invented what we call the tiki bar.
The Pina Colada is very common but seems more associated with Caribbean tropical style than with tiki.
So, here's a top 5 that represents the most classic tiki drinks of the post Don/Vic era:
Mai Tai
Zombie
it gets a bit harder to choose after the top 2, here goes:
Hurricane
Scorpion
Blue Hawaii
I'm sure this list will be hotly contested by others. Bring it on!

Probably the TWO most common. The other three I'll add to the list would be:
Suffering Bastard
Fog Cutter (had the 'Samoan Fog Cutter' at Trader Vic's in LA)
Jet Pilot (had this at the Mai Kai)

I think he asked for most common not our favorites. I love the Chief Lapu Lapu as well but I don't think it's that common (except at the Royal Hawaiian!).
One of my favorite classics is the Missionary's Downfall but I don't think it's in the top 5 most common tiki drinks.

I'd venture a guess that the top 5 'most common' would be:
Mai Tai
Pina Colada
Blue Hawaii
Lava Flow
Zombie
Now that's assuming that 'most common' means as measured by sales volume, and NOT when thought of by extremely zealous Tiki Heads.

If your going to rate them by sales the Hurricane should go at the top of your list.
Pat O'Brians could fill a swimming pool up with the Hurricanes they mix in one night.

I think the Jab and donhonyc are on the right track on this. I'd say the Mai Tai, Zombie, AND the Scorpion are definites. The rest of the list is hard to define. To the ones that jab and donhonyc mentioned, I'd also add:
1. Doctor (Funk, Frank, Fink, etc) - there was always some kind of doctor on the old menus.
2. Rum Barrel/Keg/cup - something like this appeared often as well.
3. Volcano
4. Something with a pearl in it was popular as well.

Jab's point about drinks being tiki or semi-tiki not withstanding, I vote for:
1) Mai-Tai
2) Zombie
3) Singapore Sling
4) Fog Cutter
5) Some sort of volcano bowl
I base my list on my general recollection of eating at numerous Chinese restaurants that still serve these drinks. For some reason I've never thought of a Hurricane as a tiki drink. If it was, it would be called a Typhoon, wouldn't it?.

Has anyone here ever tried to come up with a recipe for a Flaming Moe, preferably one that used a bit of actual cough syrup? The Flaming Moe is so common conversationally, it seems it should show up somewhere on a menu.
