That looks great, I may have to try that. I'm not sure why they used chocolate cake though, seems yellow or pineapple would be a better choice.

My wife made this cake last month for a Tiki themed bunko party she hosted.

Ha! I've made that too! I made a rum cake and the chocolate icing was spiked with rum. Delish!
