The Cinerama Luau Punch from Beachbum Berry's Intoxica and Remixed is pretty quick and easy. You could also scale up one of Trader Vic's bowl drinks, such as the Rum Keg or Scorpion. A lot of recipes will scale well...just multiply by the number of desired servings.

This is my go-to summer punch. Aside from squeezing out the lime juice, it's easy. And you can always add more rum without upsetting any indelicate balance, cause there ain't any: http://www.esquire.com/drinks/admiral-vernons-lime-grog-drink-recipe
