well i finally got this tiki bar done but its missing something, any suggestions

Nice looking bar!
How about some actual Tikis? You could put one next to each post or you could hang some masks along the front or both! Glass floats? Pufferfish?
I didn't see any rum, but it could be below the bar.

Your place looks very nice you could add some tropical plants to cover the back concrete wall and the two sides of the tiki hut.

Tiki Mugs
Maybe a location arrow post in the middle of the yard? You know, Borneo, Rapa Nui, etc, on arrow shaped signs
Some type of shade area, you can get thatch covers for patio umbrellas
A water feature....
