That is sad news.
I didn't know him, but a while back I was in the area and I stop by the Bar.
They weren't open yet but Art took me in and gave me a tour of the place. Turned on all the lights, had his bartender fix me a few drinks and treated me like a VIP.
A very pleasant meeting and I am very grateful for his kindness to me that day.
