In 2010 Sunday was the day for the Diehards. The people who enjoy the smaller crowds but still hang with a group of like minded folks.
In 2011 Thursday became that day,Because everyone heard how good Sunday was the year before and we still had 70% of the crowd staying till Monday.
As we are officially a 3 day event,we do have a larger group of people staying on Sunday and coming early on Thursday. We want to reward the people coming early and staying later with the best rates possible so you will get less live entertainment during Thursday or Sunday Night,But you still have the best people to hang out with and some great booze and tunes filling the warm desert air.
Thursday and Sunday nights will be an option when you book your room,or a possible add on closer to the date.

avoid the Sun. traffic, and stress.

On February 2 at 10a.m. Wristband/Room Packages will go on sale to the general public. These package options will give you the ability to pay for your on ground room and wristbands to all general area entertainment. The standard package will be for Friday and Saturday night stay and your choice of wristband quantity. You will also have the ability to add on Thursday or Sunday for your weekend package.

Pool side rooms will be pre-sold to people who have been at past events and have first right to those rooms via the loyalty program.

I took the photo today when we had our meeting. Here are a couple photo's of the new lobby at the Hotel.
We have the whole hotel to our selfs and the lobby bar will be for our use only.
