The grand opening of the permanent Huell Howser exhibit at Chapman University in Orange, CA will be March 29, 2014.

We went by the Trade Winds in Bombay Beach just after it burned down, it still smelled of burnt everything, the signage was still up but sadly now it's all gone, there was a creepy homeless dude sleeping in one of the intact booths while I was trying to do some interior shots, this was at least ten years ago but as always I may be wrong about the date.
