Found this park while searching the net.
It's still there. Sorry about the poor image quality, I used my phone.
It was locked up and I couldn't get inside. But the small circle is showing a Moai mask. There are a few on the wall surrounding the pool.

Statue no longer located out front.. just the bunch of palms.

Thanks for posting this. I have had that postcard for some time and always wondered about this place. Here is a better scan.
Close up of the A-frame, no Tikis to be seen. Wished they had shot the front with that Tiki shown on the blueprints.
