I'm gonna be dragging my butt Friday morning,
but I will not miss this.
Saw him a few years back in the downstairs lounge at the Key Club.
Totally awesome.

Like when the Blue Hawaiians used to play at the lava lounge in the
90s and early 2000s.
Sun. Then Wed. then Thurs.
start time 11 pm, finish. 1:50 am
Those were rough mornings after too.
But seriously, this is not to miss show.

I ended up skipping it, to go to a Link Wray tribute show.
It was his b-day.
I had heard that the Tiki gods were playing a church carnival in Sherman Oaks
Fri. Night.
So I was able to do both shows I was torn over deciding about.
Parking was a bitch on Fri.
But good big stage sound n lighting made up for it.
The tiki songs are pretty good,
Can't wait to get the cd.
His cover of classic 60s songs was awesome.
Only downside, he didn't do 2 sets.
:-/
