I found this concrete tiki at a HomeGoods a few years back and it's been outside since then. We don't get snow here but did have a winter down to 25F. It is subjected to hot inland Calif summer weather and winter rains. Is there something we should be doing to it to hold its color and protect the concrete? The surface of it is very smooth and kind of polished.

While I'm asking, any suggestions on how to repair this concrete monkey's foot? I have the piece that broke off. Not sure what to do about maintenance care for her either. She has a rough texture and no shine.
