I recently won this on ebay, really cheap, due to an obscure title:
30s-40s Dodge hula motion lamp
She's ready for a restore, the motor for the hula motion works, but is missing the ring that makes her hips & skirt sway.
I'll post some pics after she gets some restore work done.

Someone posted recently that the hula lamps with both hand up are the rarest. Good score.

Actually, I was told that in Kona, at a bar where they had all three, original and working.
She's amazing. I gave up on finding one, since even repro's command such a high price. It wouldn't go well with my cheesy decor anyway. I'm only looking for crap now! Is she marked?
Someone told me a watch repair could fix these lamps since the movement is similar. It may be worth a call...don't know for sure.

I had also learned that the wave design base makes it even more rare; most you'll see will have a stacked ring pedestal. This lamp was also done in ceramic, which is even more rare...
