Nice Fishy,
This is a neat idea, but more important is that if you think it is a good idea you should try it. I know that I would consider them as 25 originals, especially if I painted them, since I would never get them to be the same even if I tried. Won't you get bored, though? I don't know about the relative value, since this stuff all is worth what you can get someone to pay for it, when all is said and done. But over history most artists tend to paint the same themes and scenes lots of times and haven't seemed to suffer from it, so I say do it.
