I had this for breakfast in a cafe in Rarotonga and think its delicious, everyone I try to get to eat it thinks it sounds disgusting and turns me down.
Has anyone else had this?
If not give it a go.

as a kid our family had a mexican exchange student who combined fried eggs, bananas and bacon i belive. it was pretty good in a weird way. i think maybe typically they use plantains though.

Back when I was in College a classmate in a public speaking class did a "demonstration speech" where he showed how to make his favorite sandwich: Peanut Butter, Banana & Bacon. He'd add a little honey & said he liked'em fried, but he wasn't allowed to fry one in class.
